Has any one booked at Kumar Piccadilly, Wakad? How's the project and ROI for this project
Q: Hi, I am looking at Kumar Piccadilly to buy a 2 BHK flat over there? Is it work investing in this project? The Builder seems to be very adamant for any alteration in the flat and even getting an extra power point. They have 20% loading on the carpet area. Any views on the property as per return from this investment. The project neighbors Akshara International school and Indira National school. Any views or feedback about same?
