I am planning to book a flat in ADV. Is this good decision? Please suggest.

Hi, I also booked a flat in Dream valley II High rise in July 2014 and paid 20% till now , last month received a demand letter for further 20% payment, I contacted HDFC to disburse my loan and bank refused by saying that the project is yet not bankable and Amrapali is holding Noida Authority funding.
I sent a email to Amrapali to clarify this issue and still waiting for there response.
If you have any news regarding this project bankable issue then please share
Hello Mr Mukesh, Amrapali maintains that it does not have any legal litigations against themselves in this project and the broker who i was in conversation with has not said anything like that....
Anything you know issue regarding the Amrapali Dream Valley II not yet bankable?
