Can you provide me about the costing including all charges
Please beware of the late payment charges in cases when you don't get your loan sanctioned on time or you don't have sufficient down payment amount to pay on the spot. Please get this clarified from them about the payment schedule in case if you will require some time for payment of balance down payment. Please get this in written from them. Also, do carefully read the agreement copy, make sure you specifically read any delays in handing over the possession.
