I have had a terrible experience dealing with KG Builders regarding my flat at Signature City. The flat was supposed to be handed over to me in December 2012. It's September 2014 now and I still see no hint of receiving my flat. They have been very prompt in collecting my money to pay off dues from time to time. I was clearly mistaken about KG's reputation, which was the reason I decided to invest in a flat at Signature City and I feel terribly betrayed by the way they have been treating me. My constant inquiries about the status of the flat have fallen on deaf ears.
