I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec 2013. Today its 4th Dec 2015 and even after 2 years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project. Iam planing to sue Klazian Consultants Ltd. and M3M Realtors Mr. BD. Mehta for collectively duping and fraudung with me.
if Alok's bail got rejected and he has duped investors then why is he not getting arrested????

Shyam Ji, i did contact Mr. Alok Rastogi but he said he's not looking after Neemrana project anymore. The sales guy who convinced me to buy plot over there, is also not responding & ask me to contact Klazina office for any clarification.
Now i am sure there must be something wrong with this project. I heard some rumors that till now Klazina even didn't buy the complete land where they are planning to built this project. :( :(

Klazina is not going to deliver any of it's project on time or after 3-6 months. If anybody saying anything on this, please ask him to talk to me. I have a clear picture of this project.

Fraud by Klazina consultants ltd., Gateway residency, Neemrana Rajsathan. This builder looted crores of rupees from investors and despite repeated complaints, Police department is not lodging FIR or taking any concrete step which is raising doubt about police department role with Builder. I think its waste to pay taxes in India because through our taxes, salary of corrupt Babus and police officials is being paid who are mainly to protect Fraudsters like Klazina Builder Alok Rustogi, Lalit Modi, Vijjay Mallaya and scores of other fraudster.

I came to know that Gateway Towers is now available with subvention, where I have to pay only 10% now. Seniors please advice.

Klazina Consultant is not reliable in Real Estate field and we (approx) 15 ppl have filed Complaint against this builder, he will not provide and information related to concerned project like no land, no papers, no delivery, no work with EOW gurgaon, pls join hands and lets start something to stop him from cheating New Ppl.
Are you sure... if that is so why hasnt he been arrested like Vigneshwara, Pal and Bhasin group?

That Company is fraud, That company committed with me money refund after 3 month date of cancellation, Now they not given response.
How can he be absconding? Police can very easily trace mobile or go to office...They have a huge office. I dont have any connection with them. Why you say so Mr. Arun?

One of the Klazina's broker told me that company is launching two new projects this year with complete land and all approvals in place. Looks like company is trying to shape up their Real-Estate division.
so why arent people filing police complaints or going to media/new channels???

Persistently posting against Klazina, and that too two times on every single response. Seems like Ashok is sitting with a dedicated purpose of posting anti- Klazina comments. While people are posting are saying that they have got the offer of possession then how can he say that the company is fraud.
I agree... Ashok must be trying to get revenge for something.
