Information on Quality of work of Tirupati Balaji Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd New Panvel Mahendra P.K. Singh is managing director.
I have booked flat in Balaji Arcade Phase 4 in vichumbe usarli,Panvel. As per my understanding they do quality work...Is there any one who has booked in to the same.
Yes Mr.Hitesh, I like to book 2bhk in their Arcade Phase 4 plan, they told it will take 2&half year to complete it, 20%payment on booking then they will give allotment letter. How we can trust them for their timely construction & process? They They are waiting for CIDCO approval. They have a land in hand or not how we know. Simply collecting 20% for booking. Please if you know them about them pl.advice before investing. Have they finished any house project before? Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a property to buy then Tirupati Balaji Group is best place to INVEST . Recently i visited sites in New Panvel and Thane which i found very nice. so i will recommend you all to try once in TBG.

I had invested in Balaji Arcade Phase IV last year september by paying 20%installment, but still no construction yet started always giving reason of CIDCO approval, most of investors invested since more than 2yrs yet they are waiting to start construction, how can we trust you nor your group bother to intimate or give call to investors for any assurance or development in this matter, please reply with favorably to regain investor trust, thanks, ANANT G.P.,Mumbai
