Discussion on buying in Samhita Sarovar
Q: I havent seen any discussions on this forum for a long time. Just wanted to initiate a discussion and hear the thoughts of people who have already bought or who are planning to buy in Samhita Sarovar.

Himanshu and all in this forum, i am Naresh here., booked a flat in A Block (206) today (01-Dec-2014). Hari says posession will be around 6-8 months. I have been given 7-8 days of time to get into agreement by paying 20% of the amount. Can anyone help me send me any kind of details you guys already have on this project, which would be help me in speeding up my legal verification.
