Hi, I am planning to buy residential land in neharpar area. My requirement is from 100 yards to 150 yards.
Q: But I am little worried to invest as am not able to judge the genuine deal. Please help.

Hi Mr Singh, As per my knowledge, you should directly deal with the builder. Check all necessary documents ,approvals etc. As you are choosing Neharpar which is a prime location ,here expected return will be definitely good.
Do you have any information on BKR developers. I have seen one property in their BKR Golden city project. IF you can tell me more about that.
