Latest Answer: Not just Marine Drive, even some areas of Thrikkanarvattom, which include some parts of Ernakulam North, have been priced at Rs. 56.85 lakh, followed by Thevara at Rs. 53.86 lakh. Kadavanthara is priced at Rs. 51 lakh per Are, and Ravipuram is priced at Rs 47.88 per Are.

Q: Hello all, the work of the Kochi metro is progressing, no? What is the status of the construction work? Is there any clue on when will it start?

Latest Answer: oh, for the construction of the metro station at ROB Pachalam, it has been decided by the govt. that those who give their property would get the appropriate compensation. But, i dont think that the people will get the market rate for their land. Will they?

Q: What are the plans regarding the kochi metro extension? And whats the status of the Phase 1. I want to invest in Kakkanad only. But wondering if thats going to be a good idea?
Latest Answer: I think this is a great place to invest. Kakkanad is already such a real estate gold mine. With the metro line being extended till here in the first phase only, big advantage. Prices are going to start soaring soon.

Q: I heard that the metro project is being extended. That's true? And whats the status on that?

Latest Answer: I know that as per the Detailed Project Report drawn up by the metro agency, the stretch will be dotted with 11 metro stations – Kaloor stadium, Palarivattom Junction, Palarivattom Bypass, Chembumukku, Vazhakkala, Kunnumpuram, Kakkanad junction, SEZ, Chittethukara, Rajagiri, Infopark I and Infopark II.
