Dear All, It happened for me to purchase a flat (Unit Num :A-447) at GM Infinite E City Town phase I about an year back, I had purchased at Rs 2050 per sft, now its good to know that the builder is selling at Rs 3950 per sft in the same project Phase 2, Just to mention, I work for IT Company in electronic city as an IT engineer and just started my carrier and I feel so comfortable at this age as I made an wise decision by purchasing at flat at E City Town as the project got that much of appreciation. And for youngster like me an investment yielded Rs 35 lacs plus with in an years time, I would like to thank GM Infinite for making my future more secured.
