hi, I have booked flat in Amrapali verona heights in 2014. In the flat buyer agreement there is no possession date mentioned and the construction speed is very slow. Can you suggest if I should cancel flat and invest my hard earned money in some good ready to move property?

After getting approval from them, you can write you name, flat no, tower and year of booking with your mobile no. Within a day, you will add you to their WhatsApp Group. Thanks

Hi Harsh,
You have invested with one of the worst builder of Delhi-NCR. All of their projects are delayed by 5-7 yrs. Lots of fraud cases have been filed in consumer court. Those who have booked their flats 7 yrs back, still waiting for their flat possession. Better, cancel the booking and ask for the refund.
