Hello, we have bought a flat in A Block. We are also facing the same anxiety about project completion. Last week we received an email request for payment against completion of the 5th slab for Block A. They are sure facing financial problems. I am equally worried about their ability to sustain and complete the project. Has anyone applied for cancellation? Will it still make sense to exit with the 15% cut rather than face an uncertain future? I am equally worried about thier ability to pay back the already paid amount. It is very anxious. In the meanwhile, they still are chasing for the 5th slab payment. Many large projects seems to be in similar trouble except that Marg's problems a to be more acute.
