Hi I too have visited the site a couple of times but astonished that there is no physical advertisement. Moreover last week they said they are yet to get approval from all the above banks and financial institution mentioned by them in the brochure. No it doesn't include the grace period. The project is in 4.5 acres but the builder has only 6-7 towers in it rest belong to the land owner.

@HanifLaskar I had been to their site office and confirmed the same. They have also mentioned Bank approvals from all major banks on their website but reality is they are yet to get Bank approvals for loans. Currently they have loans approved from LIC only. You must visit the site and then you can confirm what i have mentioned
