Scheduled completion is March-2014 as per my discussion with Swagat Official. But payment plan of 30 months suggest completion suggest October-2014. What is going on....
Vishal, I understand..but think this way..Swagat afford when they launched the scheme they said, possession would be in Dec'12. not they are delaying possession by 2 years...What's you loss for this??
Multiply 24*Rent you would get for this apartment...=24*5000=1,20,000...plus as early you get the possession, you would get peace of mind.

same question i have, they force us to complete the "Dastaveg" once you done that within in one month they will give a flat as i got answer from the main office still not ready. Officially they even not informed and no communication from them. next step to go for cunsumer care. Also bad experience from TATA Loan. No one (Agent) is providing us Documents and no one(Agent) picked up the phone. Even so many error in the account. My suggestion to all that please check your account.
