Payment Schedule of Alliance Galleria.
Q: I want to know how much sq-ft charge is going on !!!! It's in pre launch , so when will be the possession?

Hi All, Please dont book the apartments here. They dont respond you properly once the advance is paid. I paid my advance 05/11/2014 and they forced me to pay for the agreement which i dint. They dint get the CMDA approval yet but they lie that they'll get it in the near future. In the cancellation part they dont return the full amount. They are deducting Rs. 50,000 from the advance. Hi friends, Did anyone book apartment in Alliance Galleria, Pallavaram project. How it is going. I see payment schedue calls for sign agreement before CMDA approval. Is ther any risk in signing agreement before getting CMDA approval. Please provide your feedback.
