The worst developer . It has been more than 4 years I have done my booking in Ideal Enclave 2 in 2011 and after giving me a tentative date of possession in August 2013 since a year "Mr Trustable IDEAL Group" keeps on postponing the dates .Last time I received a mail that the possession will happen in Nov/Dec 2013 and then postponed to January 2014. So I visited the construction site to find out whats cooking up there and found out that they have invested all my amount in some other project and construction of my building hasn't been started as yet. When I asked "Mr Trustable IDEAL Group" how can you demand money on time but not give the possession , they have a different answer that the getting approval to construct a building above 7 floor got delayed .But the truth is before starting any project by any builders they get all this authorizations approved.The worst developer . Hi guys or neighbours , Sorry for replying late .Thanks Common Floor as I was looking for a forum like this . i had booked a flat in phase 2 .One month ago i visited the site and had a long conversation with Govind, the site engineer and he told me that construction has been delayed by 2 years for phase 2 due no availability of workers where as marketing manager mr Anuj told me that project got delayed due to getting approval from DGCA . Then I understoood simply we got screwed beacause truth is before any project they get construction approval from other units like municipal .. Other thing I noticed in phase 1 in many flats rooms are horrible, no floor tiles ,toilets are horrible ,no white wash and it is not habitable at all .Infact people cannot live there ,still lots of work are not completed at all. here is my contact no 9699667625.
