Anyone planning to purchase flat here? Did anyone does any background check on builders or on Pearl Shell project? Do they provide OC as they assured in one of their mail? Please share info if anyone collected already.
Hi Sakin, Did you check the % of undivided land share you will get, in high rise buidlings I heard % UDLS will be less as goes to higher floors.
