Regret having invested in Imperia Mirage. I was promised delivery of my apartment in 2016 at the time of booking. Almost a decade later, there is no sign of completion. There have been severe breaches with regard to their other projects as well. Investors groups have filed cases in NCLT and Delhi courts.
I have been duped too by this builder. I recently visited their in one of the tower they have built 9 floors and in another one only 3 floors. Now every month they are delaying in EMI payment as my plan is in subvention. I think we buyers should connect and approach this as a group. This is my mail id: techavi86@gmail.com .. This builder is again a fraud. My money is with him since last 5 years til date no allotment. He had taken my original documents and even not yet refunded the money. So pls dont fall prey
