Hi, Firts I have booked the @ BHK flat on Balaji Kalash, Adai , Phase 3, 1 year back.Then he change the floor map without informing us and when we inquired about the same builder has give me a new plan detail ,that time builder promise he will going to give an possession on December 2015 but from last one year there is no progress towards the project completion and today he told me that because of CIDCO cc is not cleared yet and he will get the same on next 2-3 days after that he will start work and try to give an possession til December 2016 or Jaunuary 2017. Can any one suggest me that I invest my money with right builder ? Hi, From last three months work has been stooped for balaji Kalash (aadai) phase 2/3. its impossible for balaji kalash, last Sunday only I visited the site and work is not started yet
