Buying flat in mana candela 2
Q: Hi i am plaaning to book a flat in Mana Candela Phase 2. Currently he is quoting 3250 per/sqft but he agreed to give me in 2950 per/sqft as its in pre-launch mode. if 5-6 can book together..he can still reduce the price. Let me know if you want to come and book the flat

Hi am planing to book a 2BHK flat in Mana Candela 2. They are charging too much on VAT and service tax. As per govt rule VAT is only 5% of the total cost and service tax is 14% of ( 25% of total material cost). If anyone have booked earlier.
