I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in size 1380 sq ft at Jain's Carlton Creek. They are saying to give possession in Mar'17. I would like to know the recent experience of buyers here. It would be great if you can share it. Also, with the current market conditions, what would be the best price (per sq. ft) upto which I should negotiate?
I heard that project construction quality is poor. and delay is also. is this correct
