Color Fields is big fraud. Please don't buy in their Sholinganallur project.. I don't know about their other projects but I personally know about there Sholinganallur project.
Dear all - I just booked a flat at Color Gates, it's little creepy after reading some of your comments.
can someone shed more light on specific issues? I don't wanna mess up with my first property....
I also booked a flat in Color gates. When i checked for color homes review only this blog has so many. It seems to be in both the ends. Till now the building structure seems to be ok but has to wait for the final output. I dont want my first home to be in a mess...

I had booked flat in color gates, perumbakkam a week ago. The price with other builders was quite high when compared to this builder. Their amenities and specification mentioned in brochure was good quality. Could I know on which project u had bought flat. So that I would visit that particular project and when it comes to know true I would cancel the agreement.
