Q: Please do not buy flats in Gaurav Excellency Mira Road. You are going to get cheated. The builder himself sells the flat to more than one buyers and there are gangs of gundas who comes and tortures you. The area is very bad. Even the investors who have flats in their names sell it to more than one buyers. There are multiple registration for one single flat in most of the flats in Gaurav Excellency. There is no safety for women. Please do not enter into trap. The information posted is 100% true and is a victim of this trap

Also, which was the flat, for which more than 1 person was registered, did u not lodge an FIR for this
