My comments to replies
I just checked document myself and got it checked by another civil lawyer. this case does not have any merit at all , title clearance for this property was given by one of the high reputed firm of bangalore. Any tom dick and harry can't just come and claim share.
And there's no stay order right now..chill out..:-)

May i know what is the reason behind Petitioner now approaching civil court after a 2 years of long waiting for construction?
do you have any idea about these acts
UNDER ORDER 7 RULE 1 AND UNDER ORDER 7 RULE 2 AND R/W SEC 26 OF CPC?
