Stamp duty & Registration charge
Q: I am a tenant under Kolkata Municipal Corporation area in north Kolkata near Belgachia Metro Station. I want to buy in the aforesaid premises at the @ of Rs. 500/- for 500 sq. ft. carpet area in ground floor at the total cost of Rs. 2,50,000/- only. The project will start soon. Before start the project what amount I have to pay if I want the made a position registry. Pl. ask me actual cost of position registration charge

Latest Answer: Firstly you have to book the flat for which you have to pay a lum-sum amount asked by the builder and at the time of registration you have to pay the rest of the amount equal to 20% of the total property value.
