Q: What do you feel will be the rate PSF after 2 yrs since as of now there is very little development in the area in terms of malls, schools, hospitals, residential complexes etc.

Hi...I am planning to invest in the 2nd phase of Amantra. Base price quoted is 6800 psf Can someone please guide me if its worth the investment. Is the location apt and developed?
