We have booked flat in Balaji Residency 1 year back. Still the work has not started. Builder saying cidco isn't giving NOC. any one please help who has booked in balaji groups.
Hi all Yesterday I visited to site & checked No construction has been started ,,agent Mr Anil is said bhumi poojan plan in next 2 to 3 days ...Also visited in office snehal said only 2 flat is vacant take it fast ,,,,since last day i got many called to submit cheque @ 20 % ....today I checked they in cidco site there is no information abt permission on NAINA area

Any one has visited CIDCO office to check permission status of Balaji residency phase 1,2,3,,,Might be not given till Now by CIDCO ....This Land is under NAINA schem and builder has to take permission from CIDCO...without permission cant start work ,,,,

Yesterday I visited to site & checked No construction has been started ,,agent Mr Anil is said bhumi poojan plan in next 2 to 3 days ...Also visited in office snehal said only 2 flat is vacant take it fast ,,,,since last day i got many called to submit cheque @ 20 % ....today I checked they in cidco site there is no information abt permission on NAINA area....Seems Fraud

I am planning to book a flat of this project and i heard a lot of news regarding this project like Tirupati Balaji is one of the well known township, that is been projected in whole Navi Mumbai. The location provided is about 1.5 km from the Panvel railway station.This plan is being instructed by all the professional architect. Its infrastructure is projected in a pollution free area, with all necessary sanction approvals. It is strategically situated at the place of walking distance. If it is really true then i will surely go for this project. Can anybody give me some more feedback on this project. thanks...

I have also booked a flat in Balaji Arcade Phase I, paid 20% for booking amount. When I asked to copies of property documents for my pre-approval loan, they denied by saying all documents will provided to everyone after 6-8 months. Is that a sign of fraud?? Becoz builders suppose to present all documents to customers when any token paid to the builder? This should be right of buyer. Any Suggestion plz what should we do in such cases
