I also booked flat in Balaji Residency in March 2014 by investing 4 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now i am fearing from loosing money though all the transactions are done by cheque only...

I also booked flat in Balaji Residency in December 2014 and yesterday I got call to have a Bhoomi Poojan at Balaji Residency. They have had some legal problem with CIDCO due to NAINO as per builder statement, but I think now it should have cleared so they have taken the next step of Bhoomi Poojan.
