What is future scope of development in Sus gaon. recently i have bought a flat in sus gaon with area 1167 sq-ft in project "Teerth Arohi" from teerth developers. should i expect a good appreciation of property investment in Sus gaon, as recently it has come under PMC limit?
If you have purchased in Aarohi, that is your biggtest blunder of life. Builder have more than 65 cases against him for same Aarohi. There are lots of issues in Aarohi. e.g. Parking as it is already less than flat count, another is Water, Maintanance. If you havent done registration yet, better u take U turn.
And Height is that builder have already applied for Construction in central Gardern area, looking which u might have purchased property.
Consult existing flat residents.

Sus Road is well connected to Katraj - Dehu Road Bypass that further divide Sus Road halfway. Also it connects the area to Pimpri-Chinchwad and the Mumbai through Pune Expressway. Apart from that the Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park in Hinjewadi is about 13 km from Sus Road, making it a residential preference to people working in the IT Industry. the demand is boosting here. But i am not sure whether the area has merged under PMC limit or not, the development on infrastructure will also speed up. Hence it has good potential in terms of price appreciation.
