Loading is 38% in Regency. In 735 Sqft Flat, I have got only 455 Sqft. Quality of work is also very poor.Should be very careful while buying the House at Regency. In Spite of Cracks in the Wall and Leakage, People are reluctant to attend. Reason is in New Building this will happen. After 1/2 Year you do it at your Own Cost. Very careful while getting the Possession. The way we thought, about the reputation, all goes in vain.
