Hi,
Be very careful while buying plots in Lohegaon, Khese park and adjoining areas. The area is too close to Airport area and has restrictions on construction. Some survey numbers close to road, officer mess of IAF have some sort of legal issues. There are a lot of land mafia and crooks. Many plots are sold to multiple people and buyers are cheated. there are lot of such cases going on. Extreme care and legal verification is a must.
