Era Cosmos City Phase 2 Gurgaon
Q: Can any body update me on status of the project as the builder is not entering into Sale Purchase agreement after allotment in January 2012.

ERA (Adel) Cosmocity, Sector 103, Phase - III is absolutely fraud project and all that company is doing till date is collecting money from buyer and funding the their pockets and financing parent company Era Infra (which is event under tremendous debt). We have formed a group to get the refund of our payments to the builder @30% interest. HI, I have also booked,but the builder is not responding to calls at all...

Reality of gracious group
Q: Please dont buy any property through gracious group. They are cheaters. All things they say regarding their plots is a fraud. They will just take your money and run away. I have lost my hard earned money because of gracious group. I don't want anyone else to do the same. I know it is very difficult to earn money and this group will tell you lucrative offers for taking you money and I am telling you they are fake.
