Hi all, The builder is not providing the occupancy certificate which is mandatory for A khata. Also, the construction of an extra floor is a violation. What do you think of that?
Hi Rahul, I went there today and the marketing guy over there told me that once people occupy and Association is formed, they will apply for it. Did he tell you specifically that they will not provide OC ? Any response will be much appreciated. Thanks ! Alok
