Hi, I am planning to book a 2bhk in B-block in white waters project.Read some of the concerns about the project and wanted to check about the overall feedback on the project with the existing owners. Please let me know the below details: 1. Land issue about swimming pool. 2. Are the mentioning about OC & CC in the agreement. 3. Are the providing A-khata for individual flats. 4. Did anyone got the verification done with lawyer and how much is the deviation? I will be visiting the project again on Sunday and would appreciate if I can meet anyone already staying there and have a quick chat.
