I'm planning to book a flat in pace prana. Builder said the case will not stand because the survey number that the party quoted comes under Ben Foundation which comes next to Pace Prana. They have filed a counter affidavit to which the opposition party has not responded yet for a long time now is what I understand. However, the case is still in court so not sure what will happen later. They will completely handover the flats by April 2015.
