My comments to replies
I live in Gharonda Jyothi by Gharonda Builders and Developers, and let me tell you, i have had a very pleasant experience with them, I got the posession on time, and also didn't have to face any complaints as of now.
It is not true the builder is cheater, he make fake agreements and take 100% money on not constructions sites. he is completely fake person on this earth. I paid him 100% and still he is not returning flat nor money back

My money is stuck with Mr Sunil, He is having lot many properties still he is not returning our money back.

Township in Pocharam, Hyderabad
Q: I have heard that big things are in store for Pocharam. Some kind of integrated township is coming up there. Is that right? Want to know more about this, I’m seriously considering an investment.
