Hi Jaishree, I agree with you. I think that the price is very average that you are giving. But, Can I know where exactly is the plot? is it a proper residential plot to build a house? If so how come the price is so low. Is there any other problem in this? Every documentation is fine, right?
Plot is proper residential plot to build a house. Our house is currently on the same plot. Every documents are fine and there is no problem in anything. About the price, i just quoted a price consulting few local agents over the place.

Hey there...I think the price that you are offering is quite overrated. I need to know whether there is a house that you are providing along with the plot. it would also be a help if I could get a detailed idea about the locality also.
The plots beside our plot are offering much high(25-35Lakhs/cent) than what we have quoted and you are saying our rate is overrated?

yeah..i think it would be a good option to buy the land..But, I need to check if it is by the side of the Stadium Link road. If so, i think this would be a great deal. I am not interested if it is to the interior locality. I prefer my new home by the side of the popular road. Stadium Link road locality is quite nice in my opinion.
The land is adjacent to Travancore Builder Villa Project which is almost completed.

I am looking for a house in Kaloor...I think your deal is very good. But, I came to know that the Traffic situation in Kaloor is quite bad. Moreover, i have heard of the land in Kaloor taken for the development of the Kochi Metro line. Will this pose a threat to the land, if I take the land here?
Metro work is 1.5km from this area. So It wont be a threat to the same. You may check the same in google.
