Bhavya Pristine review
Q: Any one here have booked a flat in this project. If yes please provide me good/bad information about the project as well as the builder?

Before buying a property in Bhavya Pristine or before investing, please check with the residents of the bhavya pristine. There are many issues. No OC and CC, No Jogging Track , the whole building is NOT SAME as shown in the Brochure, there are MANY DEVIATIONS. Builder has not fulfilled many promises he has made to the residents. Beware of investing in any further constructions from this builder, or atleast please check with the residents of Bhavya pristine.Before buying a property in Bhavya Pristine or before investing, please check with the residents of the bhavya pristine.
