Q: Has anyone booked an apartment in this project? please provide me details about the project and the builder?

Hi I think they are quoting price as 4000Rs-/per sqft and Anybody has booked with this project recenlty. what is the best price Builder is providing?
I visited the site on Saturday and told me min 3900/-Sq ft. And idea about the builders ? I read somewhere that it is by uthe Winning Edge group ! Who are they now ? I am confused ! Anyone booked a flat here ?
