Q: Please share your comments on Stepstone Builders. How reliable they are? Whether they will hand over the property on time?

Hi all, Stepstone is one of the renowned builders in Chennai and it has delivered approx 21 projects and 10 projects are in ongoing status. As far as carpet area is concerned, it vary from project to project and varies from 66 to 85 % of the total area. Please ask with the builder, he will definitely help you as it is a common question from end user so builders have to answer it.
any idea about their VAAMANA project in vandalur? Is ir DTCP approved?
