Q: The agent told me that the smaller villas are sold out. May be he is bluffing, just want to see if anybody booked those smaller villas. If yes, what has been your experience

Q: We are looking for a built up villa. We are not looking for an under construction villa. Our budget is upto 70 lacs.

Hi Mr Vikarm, I was unable to get a clear picture whether you want for investment or end use. Kindly let us know exactly which location in Delhi you are searching? ! So that it will be easy for us to guide you very well.
I am looking for a built up villa for end use. It could be in Noida or any other satellite town adjoining Delhi. I am not interested in Villas that will be completed in the forthcoming years. Thanks for the reply.
