Hi guys, I bought 3bhk 1335 sq ft at Newry Celestial, infact i thought of buying VGN HAZEL.... luckily i come across celestial.... Positive note ... happy to buy from them, work much faster then expected.
Hi I registered nov 2014... i think the guideline value was 1750, but when i visited in dec i came to know the guideline value increased to 2100, pretty surprise how come the value increase in a months time. To know the reality you may check in registrar office in avadi.... But i believe newry always clear and gives the proper info to their customers.... In case if you have an idea buying in celestial, i think you are taking a right decision... Happy buying !
