Q: Hi All, Has anyone heard of shivaGanga Infra builders? I am planning to buy a property from this builder near Uttarahalli. Any feedback from anyone? Thanks in advance Regards, Guru

Hi All, This is Arun I booked Shivaganga Ridge off kanakapura road, Document wise they have given a set of paper after verfiying i book the flat. paper wise very clear and no litigation. The only thing we need to followup for each and every work to be complete.They have assured completion by May and now they are postponing Aug end or Sept Mid even after following many time. Construction wise also not up to the mark i can give 7/10. Site engineers are illiterate frequently changing one site to another. Not an organized construction company each and every work we need to initiate to complete fed up doing it until they complete.
Hi Arun, Finally when did they complete the project? After completion how much time it took to get individual BESCOM meters? I am also planning to buy aptmnt from them. Thanks.
