I have given the advance of 5.5 Lakhs 3 years back and not even started the project till now....Something wrong with these biulders

I also booked flat in Balaji Residency in March 2014 by investing 4 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now i am fearing from loosing money though all the transactions are done by cheque only...

Even I have booked in phase 1, last year Jan 31st by paying 3.26Lac as down payment, and now there is no response from builder, all the time we have to visit them as they don't provide any reliable information over phone, I have tried getting Mr. Mahindra number but non of their staff provides it, post finally i have got the number of Mr.Jha 9920758444, who is the one of a way to get in touch with Mr. Mahindra owner of company. seriously if I would have invested this amount in any badlapur or ambernath property would have made money by now or if would have invested in bank would have got interest of 10% per annum, I really don't know what are they upto,
One has to go to the plot & see the progress.Those who see please post the progress here.I heard from somebody that they started some works at site.
