Regarding property Validity check in Rajarhat
Q: I am looking to buy a flat in Rajarhat area. What all details\legality I should check. Also, is there any online site or any other way to check validity of the property and ownership rights of promoter? Any answer is appreciated, Thank you all.

Anthony G, I would advise you to check their plot detail, Owner, Dalil/Sales Deed( Very important), tax paper/Khajana- without these - dont't go to buy any property.
