I have also booked a flat in Balaji Arcade Phase I, paid 20% for booking amount. When I asked to copies of property documents for my pre-approval loan, they denied by saying all documents will provided to everyone after 6-8 months. Is that a sign of fraud?? Becoz builders suppose to present all documents to customers when any token paid to the builder? This should be right of buyer.
