Anytime Rajagopalan. I have seen people being negative about a small mistake by a realtor and then defame him like crazy. This is big cycle of approvals and management, somehting is always missed out. what matters is the product u get in the end. You have taken a decision believe in it and wait for it to give results. Only amenity available is children play area. For all other amenities promised (many are still under construction), you have to pay 28k per annum for 2 adults + 2 kids.
In my old building we had to pay 45 k for the same and were offered lesser amount, since these communites are handled by assoicaition all the cost adds up to 28k which i dont think is more looking at it, if thats the annual charge.
I would suggest you should see the graph which shows the growth of property prices over a period of time, House of hiranandani has build flats from 30L to 1.5 cr so its a varied market. So of builders like Hira are having a development plan in these locations, that shows the realty sector is going to boom.
