Could someone let me know the feedback for Prajapati Elite - builders, quality etc. And since they are handing over to the association immediately without any builder maintenance, are there any problems faced by the residents there already? They kept telling us an apartment is available and when we were about to book it said it is not. The way the representative there dealt with the entire thing was not satisfactory. He kept delaying things by not picking up calls and making false promises. Hello. The phase 1 and phase 2 of the Prajapati Elite have been ready to move in and they have since had no poroblems as far as I know regarding the maintenance issues. but I think there is a little water scarcity that is going on in the Miyapur area.

Hi, The project is being headed by Yashoda builders I suppose and I am guessing that they have been in the real estate business for like 10 years now and I don't think that there should be any water problems because a water softening system is pre-installed in the apartment building.
Hi Abdul, thanks for the reply! We went there and saw the flat today. We weren't particularly attracted by the looks of it. So dropped it.
