Has anyone heard of shivaGanga Infra builders? I am planning to buy a property from this builder near Uttarahalli. Any feedback from anyone?

anyone booked at Shivaganga Opal at J P Nagar 7th Phase ? Do they have valid documents ? Also I heard that they are building 5 floors though on paper they show 1+3 floors. Shivaganga Opal located at JP Nagar, 7thPhase 4th main, very close to Main Road, before Brigade Millennium Near Nandini Hotel, JP Nagar. The project is expected to get completed by this June. Shivaganga Opal is close to international schools and shopping malls with good connectivity to the rest of Bangalore. It is a nice project :) :)
Thanks for the comments. have you booked the apartment in Opal? If yes, do you know if builder has the approval for 1+4 floors ? Their web site mentions about 1+3 but i heard they are building 1 additional floor.
