Hi I am planning to buy a site in Venus county near APC circle Jigani with Aashrithaa properties @1450 psf.

My comments to replies
Venus county sold by Aashritha properties is a biggest fraud company in bangalore. Do not buy from them. My money is stuck past 6 months and they are not answering my phone calls and now I am initiating legal action agaist them. They will take initial down payment and then never give you the land. Please avoid Aashritha Properties
Hi Sheela, I have also paid some money to Venus County and awaiting registration. Madam please confirm you have still not got your money. How much did you pay them and when did you pay them. What is the reason they immediately did not go for Registration. Whether they made an agreement for the full amount you have paid.What type of receipt you got for the money paid. Please mail me immediately so that I can also take some precautions. Thanks and regards. Anu
